In the ten years since DJ Tye began his first residency at the legendary Abbey in West Hollywood, hes established himself with an innate ability to bridge the gap between prime time and afterhours. His fresh sounds became a treasured staple in West Hollywood for a number of years, giving him the opportunity to entertain many of Hollywoods A-listers, including Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliot, Cyndi Lauper, Sir Elton John and even Madonna. With a strong focus on progressive tribal beats with lots of energy, Tye knows how to drive his dance floor and has taken that enigmatic sound worldwide, from a variety of locations in the USA to Thailand and down to Rio De Janeiro.
As a DJ/Producer, Tye is on the verge of explosion. His music productions are being played in clubs across the nation, and his remix of Billy Myers Just Sex helped the platinum, award-winning artist reach #7 on the billboard dance charts. Tyes recent remix productions of 4 Minutes by Madonna + Justin, Deep Dark Jungle 2008, and I kissed a Girl by Katy Perry has garnered rave reviews from DJs, audiences and producers.
Some of Tyes recent events include headlining gCircuits FantAsia & Song Kran 2, 3, and 4 in Bangkok, Thailand, Prince Royal Ball in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, two performances at Jeffrey Sankers White Party Palm Springs, two performances at Long Beach Tribe, Will Gorges the Black Party in Puerto Vallarta, Revolucion in Rio De Janeiro, Playing with Boy George and Chris Cox at the world famous Avalon Nightclub in Hollywood, a four year successful residency at the Abbey, Mars After-hours at the Henry Fonda Theater, Swing Nightclub in Santa Fe, Krave nightclub in Las Vegas, Karma in Minneapolis and many more.

Welcome to the new site! As you can telll I've rebranded and brought some people on board! It's a really exciting time and you're going to see a lot of new work coming from us in 2010. Already working on our first couple releases for the year.
I will be debuting a couple of them at my performances in Taipei _ JUMP on February
18th and my return to Los Angeles _ Reflex Afterhours on the 20th.
A little background for those of you who don't know who Kane is. Robert Kane has been in the music industry as a producer for just about 5-6 years now. He is one of my closest friends and now my partner in music crime. You will see a lot of new tracks coming out under our name... and soon you will be able to hear us play together live as 'Tye+Kane'. We are both looking forward to seeing you on our floor in the next year. Here's to a fantastic new and exciting year. Cheers.
